Harmony Off-Shoulder Dress For Spring

Harmony Off-Shoulder Dress For Spring

I’m back from a quick getaway to Ocean Reef Club where I was shooting a few new pieces, including this off shoulder pleated dress from Ted Baker.  For those that might not know, Ocean Reef is a members-only club (Nope, I’m not a member, but my friend is :)) located on the northernmost tip of the Florida Keys. This place is stunning and filled with so many fun things to do such as boating, kayaking, shopping, dining, golfing or sunbathing by the pool, just to name a few. It’s a quick getaway for me, about an hour away. So it’s nice to get away without the long travel.

As soon as I arrived I knew I made the right choice in picking this gorgeous harmony off-shoulder dress. I wore it out for a stroll around the little town, which is filled with pastel-colored buildings. So of course, this was a great photo opportunity. The dress is the perfect shade of blue that complemented the colorful scenery. It’s a simple dress, yet so elegant. The shoulder bearing design gives it a nice touch of sexiness. What also attracted me to this dress is the simplicity of the floral print, which is placed only on the center front of the dress. I’m very particular about floral prints, so this is perfect for me. The dress also has a high/low hem, which along with the pleats allows for a graceful movement. It also includes a detached self-tie belt to add a little bit of form. This dress is definitely a warm weather must have. It can be worn with flats for a more casual look or add heels and wear it to a wedding. I think this dress is great for traveling as well. I can see myself taking this little number on my next trip.

With X’s and O’s,

Maddy

although its a beautiful print, it really does not do your body justice. Not flattering at all. Sorry!

Appreciate you taking the time to comment. We are all different shapes and sizes. I happen to love the dress and how it fits. The dress is not meant to be fitted. At the end of the day, fashion is just about how it makes you feel and I felt beautiful in it.
