Hi loves!!! I’m BACK and better than ever! I know It’s been about two years since my last post 🙁 (eeekk). So crazy how time flies, but I was so busy with my job (traveling a lot), that I barely had any time left to spend on my blog. Anyhow, I’m back and ready to show some LOVE on here. What better way to start my first welcome back post, then sharing my morning skincare routine.

Ahh yes, this is such an important step and one that can’t be skipped. I know there are days when we might be tempted to jump out of bed and get our day started. Those are the days when we have a million things on our to do list. Days that we feel even 5 minutes spent on ourselves is too much. Days like these might make you want to skip your skincare routine. But no! It’s so important to stop and take care of yourself, especially during these stressful times we’re going through. For this reason, I’ve been spending a little more time pampering my skin and adding products that are good for me. All of the products I’m currently using in my skincare routine are clean products, meaning no harmful ingredients. Not only am I including the products I’m currently using below, but I’ve also included them in the order in which I use them.

The first step which is an obvious one is, wash your face. This will remove any oil or dirt your skin might have accumulated overnight. The toner will detoxify, absorb excess oil and minimize the look of pores. Next, vitamin C serum, this protects and improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it. I feel it tingle on my skin when I apply it. I like to wait a few minutes after applying before adding the other products to my skin. For my eyes, I like to use Biossance Squalane & marine algae eye cream. I’ve been using this for a few years and LOVE it. It helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and goes on nice and smooth. Another product I’ve been using for some time now is Tata Harper’s Reparative Moisturizer. This is an anti-aging hyaluronic acid moisturizer. Name says it all… Anti aging! The next step is Herbivore Botanical’s face oil. This is a new addition to my skincare routine, it hydrates and gives my skin a nice glow. As for my final step, which you should never leave home without, is sunscreen. I use Biossance Squalane + Zinc sheer mineral sunscreen. As the name says, it goes on sheer, so it doesn’t leave your face looking white.

I’ve also created a morning skincare routine video which I’ve included below. This video shows the products I use and how I apply them.

Keeping this one short and simple ;)!
